Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Labor Relations with a Concentration in Human Resources

This degree program requires an extensive amount of credit hours split up across the Bachelor of Business Administration, Management and Labor Relations and Human Resources Concentration. The Bachelor of Business Administration requires students to complete 128 credit hours. Upon completion of that and choosing Management and Labor Relations as a major during junior year, students are then required to complete 23 credit hours in Management and Labor Relations. When students who are majoring in Management and Labor Relations choose Human Resources as their area of concentration, they are then required to complete 9 required credits as well as 14 additional Management and Labor Relations credits. Everything that this degree program requires aligns with the requirements put in place by the Society for Human Resources Management for Human Resources educational programs.

Upon graduation, students will be aligned for entry-level positions in management with their major in Management and Labor Relations. They will eventually be able to take on managerial positions as well. Given the concentration aspect in Human Resources, students will also be skilled to take positions in the development and management of human resources.
