1. The Richard Metzler and Roland Berger AMCF Scholarship
The Richard Metzler and Roland Berger AMCF Scholarship is an award of $2500 to a student pursuing a masters degree in a major that leads to management consulting. Two awards are given each year: one to a U.S. student and one to a European student. The applicant must be able to show evidence of strong leadership skills and a record of responsible citizenship through engagement in community service or other voluntary service activity. The applicant must also provide a record of academic excellence and a letter of recommendation from a university faculty member or a professional source.
2. QS Leadership Scholarship
The QS Leadership Scholarship is offered by an organization named TopMBA that assists applicants and students with resources in the MBA world. The scholarship of $10,000 is awarded to an outstanding applicant each year who can document exceptional leadership experience in the community.
A scholarship seeker can apply by attending one of four QS fairs within the last twelve months before application and by completing the MBA Applicant Survey. The application requires an essay of up to 750 words on the topic, “Describe a time where you have demonstrated responsible leadership/innovation and how it made a difference in either your community or work.”

3. VOMI Circle of Excellence Scholarship
The Virtual Organization Management Institute (VOMI) is an international organization that promotes and supports modern virtual organization management. It provides a Circle of Excellence Scholarship to students enrolled in or applying for entry into a master’s degree program in organization development and related programs. The awards are up to $5000 annually.
Recent graduates of leading universities worldwide with a GPA of 3.75 or higher and who aspire to leadership positions in organizational management are given preference in selection. The applicant must be unemployed or working part-time. The application process requires college transcripts, three letters of recommendation and four essay question responses of 500 words each.
4. NBMBAA® – Ford Motor Company Scholarship
The National Black MBA Association is a non-profit organization that promotes the educational and economic empowerment of African Americans. Besides the numerous scholarships of varying amounts to specific universities, it provides the NBMBAA-Ford Motor Company scholarship for members of the organization. Any NBMBAA member seeking a master’s degree in human resources at a U.S. accredited institution is eligible to apply. The award is for $3000. The scholarship seeker completes an online application form provided by the NBMBAA website.
5. Prospanica Scholarship
Prospanica, formerly the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, provides scholarships to promote the educational and professional development of Hispanics. Their intent is to support the full development of the next generation of Hispanic leaders to actualize their educational potential and contribute to the betterment of society. Their scholarships program targets students who see the big picture and are potential change agents. Scholarships ranging from $2000 to $5000 are offered to members who are U.S. citizens, of Hispanic origin, whose college record shows a minimum of 3.0 GPA, and who have two years of full-time work experience.
